Tea Party

1.) A grass-roots movement that has gained extreme momentum across the United States since its inception in April of 2009.

2.) A group of individuals that believe in the ACTUAL founding principals of America. Those being that man has the right and opportunity to rule himself by his own means and through the divine wisdom of almighty God, and that the purpose of Government is merely to protect the people from those who wish to do them harm and infringe upon their God-given rights.

"Fast and Furious" - Tea Party worries about US gov. provided Mexican Drug Gangs with automatic weapons.

"Solyndra" - Tea Party is concerned US White House pushed the system and provided this shady Solar Company with $535 million dollar loan. The company took the money and is now bankrupted.

The Tea Party movement is a grassroots movement of millions of like-minded Americans from all backgrounds and political parties. Tea Party members share similar core principles supporting the United States Constitution as the Founders intended, such as:

• Limited federal government
• Individual freedoms
• Personal responsibility
• Free markets
• Returning political power to the states and the people

As a movement, The Tea Party is not a political party nor is looking to form a third political party any time soon. The Tea Party movement, is instead, about reforming all political parties and government so that the core principles of our Founding Fathers become, once again, the foundation upon which America stands.

Americans concerned with the welfare of their country. Usually hard working tax payers who have finally stood up to a government that has over spent and promised to much. Hated by the left or progressive movement for exposing their ideology and radical anti American views. Reform of the tax code keeping government from over reaching and making politicians accountable by using the constitution and making them follow what has been given to us by God through our fore fathers.These people are patriots.

Tea party members hold gatherings and rallies supporting their community to ensure freedom from over reaching government.

The tea party is not just a bunch of conservative pissed off redneck, the tea party is actually a liberal party. A classical liberal party. Liberal means "liberty" and that's means freedom, and that is what the tea party means. The United States view of liberal is allowing people to have sex, even if it's gay, or a threesome, or whatever, whenever they please. They are big on drugs and that stuff, but they don't believe in true economic freedom. The liberals are the ones that are not truly "liberal" and they are taking away our economic freedoms for a replacement of other "rights".

Your typical member of the tea party is truly you average working class American. They want their money and they want to be paid fully for what they work for, instead of spreading the wealth to unmarried pregnant teenagers on weed who live in California who are pretending to be bisexual.

Tea party = Average working American citizen
