the worst band ever who's music is terrible, overrated and kills me to listen to more than even Hannah Montana. and to the millions of people who are obsessed with them, well i don't really care. there music probably wouldn't be nearly as popular if guitar hero 3 didn't exist

An extremely generic power metal band that sounds like many others, and doesn't have anything else going for them besides playing fast. The majority of their fanbase is composed of morons who live off of all of the popular mallcore metal, and believe that "fast" means "good" when in fact, bands such as Dragonforce lack almost any originality and creativity whatsoever.

Metal poser: "Hey, you've heard Dragonforce right? The guitarist is so great!"

Odin: "No, he's fast."

Metal poser: "WTF? You must be emo, you don't know anything about metal."

Odin: "You fucking poser, have you even HEARD UneXpect or Wintersun? You and Dragonforce fail at being tr00 and epic. Get the fuck out."

A band no one would have ever known about if it weren't for Guitar Hero II.

(A kid walks in a room wearing a Dragonforce shirt)

Kid 2: "What's Dragonforce, some stupid band?"

Kid 1: "Yeah right they rock!"

(Kid 2 plays Guitar Hero II and walks in with a Dragonforce shirt the next day)

Kid 1: "I thought you said Dragonforce was a stupid band?"

Kid 2: "I heard them on Guitar Hero II, they rock, I'm gonna get all my anime friends to wear the shirts!"

DragonForce

Shitty band made up of shitty musicians. All they ever do is play scales extremely fast, and throw a few thrash pieces in. They are only popular because of Guitar Hero 3 Legends Of Rock, released in 2007. all though they were asked to be inserted into the game, they still have no talent... unless you call being a douche-fag a talent, then yeah... but if you ever listen to more than 3 of their songs, you will notice that all their somns are exactly the same... 23 sweeps (all the same), a pattern of 5 power-chords, and more sweeps... so if you are ok with listening to the same stuff over and over and over and over, then i recomend dragonforce.

"Oh my gosh! Have you played Guitar Hero 3?"
"Why yes i have..."
"I love the last song by Dragonforce"
"That song sucks"
"Oh yeah!? Well i can beat it on expert with 99%"

The adjective form of the word, to be used in conjunction with some tense or form of the verb go, derived from the power-metal band of the same of the same name, meaning to overcome or defeat someone or something very soundly and/or with extreme prejudice. Used in the context of a fight or competition of any sort.

"Dude, you were up by 16 points near the end, but then he went Dragonforce on your game."

"If you don't quit pissing me off, I swear to God... don't make me go Dragonforce on your scrawny ass."
