Basically, it's people who are over 60 doing silly, silly, or dishonest things, usually done in a funny or lighthearted way. Sometimes they don't even realize they're doing what they're doing.
The word is often used in the plural, and it can imply that an old person is up to something, either playfully naughty or deceitful.

A slang term for extra (hours of recreational) screen time that seniors can easily have as a form of self-reward; whilst children, teenagers, and younger adults are subject to more stringent behavior requirements to obtain the same duration of extra screen time due to the presence of third-party authority (parents, teachers, institutions, and employers)
It's wild how my grandparents can rack up hours of screen time as some kind of old people's self-reward, while I have to jump through hoops just to watch an extra episode!
