Named for Neil Bogart the label boss who requested that the title track of Donna Summer's 1975 album "Love to Love You Baby" be stretched to a 16 minute plus track which filled out one whole side of the LP. This only left room for 5 songs on the other side, because Neil had "Bogarted" the whole first side.
