A term used to describe the act of grabbing a female's breast with ones hand, twisting it, and pulling on it before releasing. This is best done while yelling "doorknob" in their face.

When somebody tries to pick out of a crowd who farted by calling doorknob and watching who flinches or rushes towards the door. The person who was successfully doorknobbed is beat to the ground by the doorknobber and surrounding friends. This method is very effective when one has a good idea who let loose the stink.
When Bob notices the smell of fart in the room, he suspects Jim. Bob calls doorknob at Jim while running at him with fist in air hoping that Jim will rush towards the doorknob thereby validating Bob's pummeling of Jim. The doorknobbing goes horribly wrong when Jim, who hadn't farted, bitches the whole night about the bruises on his arm, while Bob looks like a dick.

A doorknob confession is a term used by some clinicians/therapists to define the phenomena of the person receiving therapy, or the client, to divulge something incredibly important or critical in the last few minutes of a therapy session. The content of the "confession" is important enough to cause the session to go on longer than originally planed and may include themes such as: a death in the family, suicidal/self harming thoughts or actions, a relationship crisis, drastic change in living situation, ect.
As she stood to leave the therapist's office she gave the doorknob confession that her sister was being physically abused by their step-father.
