Winter skill issue is the phenomenon in which a person's performance in a video game is significantly worse during winter and its surrounding months, or even just cold weather in general. The causes for winter skill issue could be anything from cold hands making it more difficult to aim in a shooter game or just general discomfort in cold weather translating to worse performance.

A generally meaningless insult following a troll-face emoji, or a different emoji used most commonly for flamebait. Used by children (or those who have the mental capacity of children) who just can't come up with anything original or clever.
