Shit music that destroys the meaning of "talent". simple shit beat and looped music over and over and over........ZZZZZZ "is it morning yet? i had enough of listening to this shit"
They say its "normal music" i say a poor attempt. its equalivent to noise in the morning.

1) rhythm and blues
2) The most pointless music ever, worse even than rap. Good example is usher, a third rate singer who has become famous for his "good" looks. people who listen to r&b are generally 13 year old girls or chavs. r&b is nothing like rhythm and blues, despite being named for it. Despite being officially classed as music, is nothing like iron maiden or rage against the machine

What we R&B in the 21st Century really is exactly the same Hip-Hop - the only difference is that in what is considered R&B, the vocals are sung and not rapped. Many artists deemed to be R&B are also considered Hip-Hop. The same producers who produce Hip-Hop produce R&B. So to be safe I suppose we should just call things R&B/Hip-Hop.
Prominent R&B artists include: Usher, Beyoncé, Ne-Yo, Mary J. Blige, etc.
Prominent producers include: The Neptunes, Timbabland, Kanye West, etc.
