Buttah

A Zambian slang used to refer to a friend, usually a male. It is derived from an Afrikaans term which means "brother".

"mmhhh buttah, that girl likes you, man."
"lets dip, buttah"
"Need a hand, buttah?"
"you're my buttah, exe"
