A slang term for U.K. travelers that has found its way to the Southern U.S. Sometimes called "Irish Travelers" decendents of tinkers let out of prisons to come to America. Known to be great scam and law suit artists. Exposed in 1999 20/20 episode, and frequently appear on the "Jerry Springer show"
1. A person who solicits remolding or some unlicensed or unbonded under the table pay construction work demanding money up front, works half the job and recieves final pay and then never returns.
2. A face fighter, this is the guy that gets in your face while your about to square off with his pal. This guy can be clipped at close range, take him out the minute he opens his beer hole.
3.Crooked toothed Ozark girls. Must have at least 12 teeth to qualify. Teeth are ruined and knarly due to inbreeding and close relations of families from Scotch Irish/ Black Irish/ Mulungin descent,not from meth abuse, or lack of tooth brush.

Pikeys are just basically gypsies from london, their are many big pikey families such as the Johnsons, many take part in bare knuckle boxing. Items such as a watch may be referred to by a pikey as a kettle, reasons for this i am told to believe is because of pikeys excellent 'negotiation' skills, in other words, just ripping people off.
Gypsies in the movie Snatch are referred to as Pikeys, where as in Ireland, they would be referred to as Tinkers.

(not to be confused with 'wannabe pikeys' or 'clinger-on pikeys' who in live perfectly nice areas but just want to be cool).Pikeys are People who either live in council houses, or in areas where the houses now look like council houses because by them living there it now seems like they are(no offense if u liv in a council house, i know some perfectly nice peopl who liv in them). they also usually wear those parka coats with fur all round the hood to school because they think it makes them look hard. Out of school all pikeys wear lots of addidas,nike,schott,clothing etc. Most pikeys also smoke (in and out of school),also in school they also just randomly walk into people and say "u startin" and in some cases proceed to punch the person, but due to the state of the british school system nothing is done about this. another sign that someone is a pikey is if they just ramdomly spit at cars(because they relize they'll never own one), people(because they're subhuman and dont like things different to them and who have an IQ over 90)and they often spit on the ground for no reason. Pikeys also always jell their hair aand sometimes bleach it blonde. NOTE:u must be all or at least 60% of these things to be a pikey
