This follows the same meaning as “kys”(kill yourself). The “o” is switched for the “k” so that Roblox doesn’t hashtag it. The “o” being “oof”. Oof means death in the video game Roblox so switching the letters let’s players say oys whenever they get mad.

when you want to say frisky but feel like frisky doesn't convey the meaning well enough so you add "oi oi" at the end to make sure it really sounds frisky. Usually this phrase is followed by a feeling of regret and loud laughter in the background.

You may one day be out and about and randomly hear "Said Oi" shouted in a slurred drunken way at extreme volume, this will indicate to others concerned that a "Said Oi" is present!
