A sub-culture reference by gamers who play the Armored Core series of games by FROMSoftware. The miss-typing of "teh" is deliberate, and a self-depreciating indication of the potential simplistic nature of the game by n00bs (or newbies), whilst advanced players appreciate the more elaborate interactions possible within the game's structure.

The term itself relates the raison raison d'être of Armored Core.

African American WWII soldier Private Herman Perry, serving in the 849th Engineer Battalion in Burma and India constructing the Ledo Road, had for a long time been suffering systematical harrassment from racist officers.
