When a player sits at their own spawn not helping their own team at all (almost). This is usually in FPS games to camp and snipe or to look AFK and then kill an enemy this is mostly in Call Of Duty and sometimes in Overwatch. in Overwatch the spawn sitters might be bastion, symetra, torbjorn or any offence / defence character. In call of duty... just don't got to their spawn... its that simple and it doesnt matter what they're using unless they're a sniper demolishing your team.

When a dude manages to find a monster shit in a public restroom and records it for laughs but it ends up getting the attention of paleontologist who think they can replicate the living organism that birthed the atrocity in a lab. Such organism is known as a turd spawn..

A person who sits outside an objective mostly in battlefield games and allows his teammates to spawn on him. A spawn whore doesn't attack the objective themselves rather sits outside and continues to allow his teammates to spawn and attack.

John sits outside of the B flag and allows half the team to spawn and attack the objective John is a spawn whore and is used purely as a mobile entrance into the field of battle.
