Simple plan dont sing that great, but they have more talent than the people who post how lame they are. Simple plan is famous, and are the losers who type out "I hate simple plan they shood die!!"? No. Simple plan is better then they'll ever be... unless they become a doctor, or have a better/more famous band then them....

it's not like only people in africa or those suffering from poverty feel their life sucks. life can be hell for anyone whether rich or poor. like what happened to kurt cobain... so it is not at all that the band hates its life by expressing it thru the songs. but i hate those people who like to waste their time in just insulting the bands. though these don't even have the courage of performing and showing themselves to the world yet they are brave to critisize the ones who are famous. i can only say that these guys are jealous and can't stand other's happiness.
simple plan is the most fantastic band ever. no one can compare one band with the other. each band is the best in its own place. u can't compare the beatles with blink 182. both are best in its own place.

French-canadian band that don't deserve all the shit that they are getting on this site from illiterate morons, who feel that they have a duty to jump on the 'flaming bandwagon'.
I agree that in some songs, the lead singer sounds whiny, however many of their songs portray his voice in a better way.
As for the whole 'whining, even though they're rich...don't live in a third world country blah blah blah...' shit, they are writing for the teenage audience who listen to their songs.
I am a teenager, and I am going to admit that we can be self-centered and only focus on our own life problems at times. Simple Plan isn't trying to 'change the world through the power of music' and other bull that preachy bands lecture on.
I can relate to their songs, and I enjoy listening to them, so if that makes me a 'teenybopper', then hey, label what you like, however I am not middle-class or American. I listen to many various genres of music, mainly the various subs of Rock. I admit that this band is almost purely pop (with the exception that they play their own instruments-well), but please, don't stereotype fans as the odd few moronic pre-teens that think the band is 'sooooo hawt <3!!!!11oneeleven'.
As for the Scooby Doo thing, you can say that it makes them losers, posers or sell-outs...whatever. I think that being all of these things is submitting to a label and being so 'hardcore, etc.', that everything's too cool for you. They did Scooby Doo...so frigging what.
Leave them alone, they're real people that I highly doubt care about any of your pathetic little bitches and brainless little hatred speeches. You cna hate without being vocal and offensive, now I'll take a leaf out of your books (if you can read...?). Quit whining, Fuckwits.

Simple Plan a candian band from Montreal, Quebec. Consiting of 5 very talented members. who's lyrics are very meaningful and do NOT suck and do NOT deserved to be hated because they actually made it somewhere in the world and are quite popular in many countries. their songs aren't about their dads ignoring them, it was chuck (the durmmers) dad that did not support him leaving law school to persure a caree in music he didn't ignore him!

an amazing band that gets a bad rap because they DONT sing about having sex, doing drugs, killing people, etc. they sing music that helps their fans through hard times (at least it helped me), im not sure if that was their goal, but that is the effect, thus giving them the look that they think their lives suck as some people say, but they never said they were singing about themselves. they are one of both mine and my girlfriend's favorite bands and those of you who spend the time to write these deffinitions putting them down, FUCK YOU! and, should the actual band be reading this, there is one thing i have left to say, keep on rockin!
