Monro is a style of 8 ball pool gameplay strategy. The Monro philosophy is not one of winning but instead at any available opportunity, even if detrimental to yourself, completely tuck up your opponent by snookering them.

A small town in Orange County NY filled with many subsivisions of old dilapidated homes, trailer parks, etc. Monroe peaked in popularity in the early 1980s when a small tourist destination known as Museum Village opened. Recently there has been many massive apartment buildings built to house a rapidly growing population. The average combined home Salary is $27,500 according to the Forbes top 10 worst places to live and visit 2018. Many people flee Monroe for nicer neighboring towns such as Goshen Chester and Warwick.
