"You are cool or authentic". This term is usually used after someone does some amazing or cool. Some one else Would say "You Real". As they are "Real" or cool/authentic for doing a certain task.

A phrase that originated from a dubbed version of the Spongebob episode, "Grandma's Kisses." The phrase was used when Patrick referred to Spongebob's "titties" and Spongebob responded with "Thank you they're real." This phrase can be used as a way of saying thank you to most compliments, especially corresponding with something to do with size.

Another way of saying are you being serious?, or are you being really serious, used commonly in a question to ask someone if they're being serious about something or someone. Are you being for real? is commonly also used if they're in shock about something or an situation.
"Are you being for real or are you acting dumb?"

"Seriously are you being for real?"
