A person named Neta usually stands for what she believes. She does not like when people correct her but can take critism well. She has some type of empath ability and can understand things around her beyond what other people can. Neta is usually smart and does better than everyone, but that doesn't stop her from helping everyone get better. Nea values friendship and without them, she doesn't know where she would be. She is consistently changing how she thinks, grows and applies herself every day. Neta is a star and has a lot of creativity. She is funny but also serious. Netas are made to be in charge, which sometimes makes them bossy but also understanding. Netas understand how they act can affect people differently. Unfortunately, Netas can also lie and manipulate without anyone knowing. Just so you know, if you meet a Neta - keep her because she is something special and if she chooses to be your friend than that means your special.
:)The name Neta has a Hebrew Origin which mean growing plant.

Pronounced "Nee-Et-ah" and usually written as Ñeta to reflect that pronunciation...Neta is an association (sometimes called a gang though most members dont like it being called that) started in Oso Blanco Prison in Puerto Rico. Started by Carlos Torres Irriarte and began as a movement for prisoner rights to protect weaker inmates being extorted, or abused physically mentally or sexually. It spread quickly to the U.S.A. and into the streets and is still prevalent in the US and many Latin American countries. Especially prevalent in the Northeast U.S. (NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA). It was started in Puerto Rico but accepts all races and creeds. Some of the O.G. Netas don't rep on the streets but many still do rep ñeta and is classified as a street gang by law enforcement and gang enforcement/intelligence even though Members consider it more if an ASSOCIATION/way of life or code to live by. The name represents 2 things...Puerto Rican Natives would hold their new born babies to the sky and say "neta, neta, neta"...also it stands for "Never Ever Tolerate Abuse" (The colors are red, white, and blue with blue often being substituted with black. The colors represent the PR Flag as well as Red for the Blood shed, white representing peace and tranquility, black representing the mourning for those who've died. They are very secretive and a lot less gang intelligence is known about them due to this.
