It is a piece of traditional clothing which can be worn by both men and women but mainly men. It is made with tartan. And most scottish families have kilts made in their own family tartan.

Before I start my definition, I have a message for all of you kilt hating smug assholes who think kilts are for homosexuals: you pant wearing men are too small dicked to wear a kilt because an updraft might blow your smidgen of manhood away like a dried leaf on a tree. Kilts are the definition of manliness in clothing form. It takes a real man to wear a kilt and not be insecure about it, and if you man up enough to wear a kilt for a day and not think about the looks from the retards who get their dicks smashed in all day by pants, you will enjoy wearing it more often, unless you are a Liberal.
Kilts kick ass in every way possible. Chuck Norris wears a kilt, but anyone who has seen him in it is killed before they can spread the word.
