Cut me is a reference to people cutting themselves. It means the same as "cry me a river" or "give me a break", it can also be used as a less offensive substitute for "Fuck me".
Some lady at Fred Meyer was being really overly dramatic, I wanted to tell her off, but the whole time I was thinking "Cut me!"
