Contingency plan 

Noun: A plan saved for the worst case scenario, or a backup plan.

According to Sarge from the popular web series Red Vs. Blue, what a shotgun to the face could be considered.

Griff: "And if the plan doesn't work?"
Sarge: "I've got a contingency plan."
Griff: "A shotgun to the face is not a contingency plan. I keep telling you that."
Sarge: "Of course it is! Just look how well it works for insubordination!"

Short name for concussion jumping, or, using concussion grenades to perform trickjumps in the half-life mod, Team Fortress Classic. Started out with easy crap such as concmap_r, and now there are maps that are so fucking huge, you would go insane trying them.

Cone-ing 

Cone-ing is when a person orders an ice-cream cone at a drive-thru and when the order is ready accepting the cone from the ice cream end instead of the cone. This will here hereby confuse the drive-thru attendant.

Son: "Dad, can I have a dollar?" Dad: "Why?" Son: "Because I'm bored and want to go cone-ing with my friends." Dad: "Ok, but here's another dollar...save at least one cone for me!"

The act of purchasing an ice cream cone, asking the man/woman at the drive through window if they believe in unicorns, and after their response you immediately smash the ice cream cone on your forehead screaming "Believe!!!!!"

Amy and Sandra went uni-coning at mcdonalds, getting ice cream all over their faces!

Winter Contingency 

WINTER CONTINGENCY is an official United Nations Space Command emergency plan that deals with situations where Covenant forces have become aware of or are invading a UEG colony. It was first mentioned in the UNSCDF Instruction EM-277 on March 10, 2526.

Carter: "Colonel, this is Noble One. There are no rebels. The Covenant are on Reach. Acknowledge?"
Holland: "Come again, Noble One? Did you say Covenant?"
Carter-A259: "Affirmative. It's the WINTER CONTINGENCY."
Holland: "May God help us all."
