RTC means Ride the Cyclone, a musical created by Brooke Maxwell and Jacob Richmond, originally directed by Rachel Rockwell (she directed on the tour with Kholby Wardell, Lillian Castillo and Tiffany Tatreau) until 28 May 2018 where she, sadly, passed away
