A term used to describe the appearance of a person, usually a female. Indicates qualities resembling or reminiscent of those of a mouse, IE: Short, brown-grayish hair, Wide or innocent-looking eyes, elongated nose, large front teeth, a gap between front teeth.

When a Mousey comes into your house makes you a hot bowl of soup then proceeds to pee and poop in it while some random kid named Jimmy comes in and puts some asain wantans into the soup and while this is happening you are drinknig your own bodily fluids from a straw.
