Ham ist die Abkürzung für al-Hamdu li-Llāh. Es wird eingesetzt um eine positive Reaktion auf eine bestimmte Situation zu geben. Die negative Form ist “unham” und kann der Definition entsprechend als negative Reaktion verwendet werden.
