A person or organisation secretly funded by the plastic industry who knowingly picks and chooses from modern research to create pro-plastic propaganda. Even when faced with undeniable photographic and scientific evidence, they will continue to claim that plastic pollution is fabricated by charities and the 'mainstream media' to misappropriate money.
