A dunce cap is a hat you can’t remove from you characters head in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online, it will be removed when you are I longer a bad sport or not in a bad sport lobby (how you get the cap in the first place) you will sometimes see someone with a dunce cap in a clean player lobby they have that because they did an outfit glitch to keep it with the outfit they had on in the bad sport lobby.

The party was fun, I drank and danced in a vulgarly, I didn't think about the video going viral, my pastor, boss and everyone else seeing it . My friend has a little too much as well we couldn't stop her from jumping and shouting... fully dunce
