The act of vomiting. The term 'throw up' is usually considered less offensive than words such as 'puke' or 'barf.'

A throw up is a quick graffiti bomb. Usually not the writer's full name. An Unfilled throwie is a hollow. If a throwie is filled its usually a crack-fill(quick back and forth strokes with fill colour).
The term throw up comes from the fact that the bomb is just thrown up on a wall, bus, train, etc very quickly.

to feel disgust , disappointment or anxiety.
When one is fed up with everything in life. This could pertain to the weather, bfs, gfs, friends, school, work ETC.
To feels anxious, or perhaps bored with life, one should utter this phrase as a method of stress relief. To throw up literally means to rid ones self of toxins in the body, in this metaphorical case, life as a whole!

A throw up in London is known as a few letters of your tag graffed in dub style, sometimes filled in.
