When a developer anticipates the contractor (general) shall know and interpret the contract documents (drawings and specifications) with any item that might be foreseen during the construction of the building whether it is know or unknown.
Contractor, "The structural drawings do not show removing that ledger in the architectural drawings. There is a discrepancy in the drawings." Developer, "Well, that's a means and methods."
