A word used to describe an individual who the vast majority would consider to be pathetic, laughable, and simply out to lunch. Their self-image often contrasts sharply with reality, and they generally lack the mental capacity for introspection. Being a Roner can be a permanent state, or something you turn into when your hammered or on pills.

Josh: Yo dude, Sean was on one last night. Stacey said he was so drunk he shit himself. Did you see him? I just about knocked him out when he started wheeling the girl I was trying to pork.

Andrew: Bruh, he was roning for sure. And lol thats sad man, if I shit myself in public I'd probably change my name, move to Indonesia, and get as far away from this life as I possibly could
