One who has perfected the fine art of shooting ejaculate. A woman squirter or a man that can aim and hit any target, ie. ass, lips, eye, mouth, nipples.

I've seen Ike shoot spooge over one girl and hit another girl right in the eye. He is the greatest spooge master of all time!
