Someone who plays an objective-based game mode in a shooter video game for the sole purpose of getting a high kill count to pad one's stats while completely ignoring the objective. Heavily frowned upon and borderline cheating. Kill farmers are not legit.

Dude, that douchebag is a kill farmer. His K/D is 48/7, but he has no checkpoint captures at all.

One who plays a kill-objective based game that, instead of fighting enemies, waits while others weaken them before rushing in and claiming the kill prize with no effort.

OMG! I was just about to kill that level 1000 dragon and rankup but a kill farmer came in at the last second and got it!
