Someone who is always referring to penises, want to graple or grope the penis in question. Someones general appearance you can just tell they are all about the penis. It dominates they're daily lifestyle.

Derived from the adjective facetious which means "treating serious issues with deliberately inappropriate humor; flippant" penistious is treating any issues in a penis-like manner with deliberately acting like a dick.

That politician was really being penistious during the debate. It is very penistious to say 'it is what it is.'

A beast with the world's largest 5 inch penis. It should be noted that the 5 inches is in reference to the radius of the penis. When erect, it can extend up to 15 kilometers in length.

The word "Penis-" is the latin word for "Tail" and the term "rex" is also from the latin word "king". Hence "Penis King"
