Necessifap 

Where you are, what you're doing, who you're with, and even the time of day are all forgotten and replaced with an uncontrollable need to fap. Necessifaps are most common after extended periods without fapping.

"Hey have you seen Mike?"
"Yeah, last I heard he was headed out back behind the Tilt-A-Whirl for a necessifap, poor guy hasn't fapped in weeks."

necessitake 

To take, steal, or pilfer something seen as unused, under the thief's belief they will make good use of it. Thought of as a euphemism to avoid guilt by believing the victim will not miss the item (or, if discovered, appreciate the act's necessity).

"He has a whole box of Pop Tarts, there's no harm if we necessitake a few."

"Who necessitook the flash drive that was on the counter? I need it back, please..."

A mixture of both necessary and necessity and can be used in place of either word.

Pants are necessitary.
It is a necessitary to wear pants.
