-Simply: Puts the 'dis' into unfortunate.
-Akin to adding insult to injury.
-Any instance where a robust combination of unfortunate circumstances and humiliation converge.

Kevin: You'll never believe what Mark did!
Rocko: What'd he do?
Kevin: He made fun of me in front of all those people AND shit all over my face!
Rocko: How disfortunate.

Disfortunate

A much more awesome word used to describe someone or something that is unfortunate.

Jen: She needs to do something about her face
Mary: She's very disfortunate. I feel bad for her because she has nothing going for herself...looks or personality
