Pyrex Dirt Pie  

The result of defecating into a glass pie plate for sexual enjoyment. The non-excreting partner positions herself/himself underneath the plate for visual stimulation.

Jane's particular kink was to introduce the pyrex dirt pie to her adventurous partners.
