A balm applied to the ball bag or other areas for relief from virtually any symptom. also used as a phrase inserted quickly (or even slowly) into a conversation in an attempt to trick the listener into not hearing or recognizing that the phrase was even uttered

Hey Paul! My sac is really burning and itching today. Is there a chance you have some Ball Bag Balm I could use?
