Someone at work, mostly capable of almost nothing, still getting the best positions. All this because of being the boss' friend, being a brown-nosed suckup. He even doesn't fear to lie around about other employees to reach his goal.

- "How come he became foreman? He's too stupid to wipe his own ass, he needs an instruction guide to tie his shoes!"
- "Well, ya know, he's a bossfucker"

Bossfused 

When your manager totally confuses the fucking life out of you. When you have no idea what they really want and cannot read their mind.

My manager asked for more information, but he now says I've given him too much information, I'm totally bossfused!
