Ladmo 

A Kid's show host in Phoenix, Arizona between 1958 and 1989. His real name was Ladmir Kwaidkowski and he was Wallaces sidekick and closest friend for over 30 years. He was known for wearing T-Shirts with long colorful ties printed on them.
