Someone who either knows, or acts like they know way too much about cats; usually creating an awkward moment at a gathering or party.

Dude: thanks for everything, we are gonna get out of here.
Party host: ok thanks for coming, drive home safe.
Catspert: oh by the way, you should try Scoop Away kitty litter. It really neutralizes the smell and makes the poopy clumps tight.
