horizontal hooters

The appearance of a horizontal set of hooters when a girl who doesn't realize she's getting fat wears a shirt and pants that are too tight, whereby the waist line of the pants creates the second set of horizontal hooters (upper stomach & lower stomach/gunt).

Holy shit, look at the horizontal hooters on that girl! She needs to lose some weight.
