this can be caused as a result of 'following through' after you have farted or simply the shit getting too big for you rectum. It can be very uncomfortable and needs to be sorted out immediately or asap.
The term toepoker originates from the middle ages where it was thought that the scene of a turd hanging out of an anal crack looke like the end of a toe, which is of course perfectly understandable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
