1)When you're woken up by your cat. Usually when they're hungry or want something from you.
2)Waking up based on when your cat wants you to.
"My bedroom door has been open the past few weeks, so I was woken up at cat-o-clock."

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
