The art or practice of conducting international relations, as in negotiating alliances, treaties, and agreements which lead to negative out comes for the primary negotiating country.
George Bush is well versed in Stuplomacy. His ignorance with international relations has lead to a major down fall for the United States of America's overall world standing, economically, diplomatically, and over all respect for the United States of America.
