Inanimacy 

The state of something being inanimate. Following the same logic as the state of being intimate is intimacy it follows that the state of being inanimate would be inanimacy.

There is no specific word for the state of being inanimate within the English dictionary as it stands at time of writing. This word fits that whole perfectly.

The apple is inanimate, it's inanimacy is at 100%.
