extension of the game padiddle; called when a player spots a car with a tail light out instead of a headlight.

a group of people are playing padiddle and come upon a car with a tail light out..

person 1:(spots car with light out) "PADUNKLE!"
person 2, 3, 4...(removes article of clothing)
