Noun - one who is both petrafied and paranoid of a person, place or thing.

Rob was a complete petranoid when he walked out of the exit of the haunted house; it really freaked him out.

When your scared, nervous, and annoyed at the same time. Usually at a bar and combing words. Can mean anything.

Trying to come up with a sentence for urban dictionary is making me petranoid.
