An adjustment made to one's brassiere, usually while wearing it.

brajustment 

the furtive pull at a bra strap to adjust bra position in order to restore comfort. this is characteristically done quickly, after a look over the shoulder to assure privacy, with synchronized hand plucking and torso wiggling movements. to pull off the maneuver with grace requires experience and dexterity.

sue: "this new bra really mashed my boobs, which called for a brajustment."

jane: "show me how!"
