A word describing a giant douchebag, that uses money to make himself look cool. Mainly, however, it is a kid who tries to be something he is not.

Peterson bought us some sweet shades yesterday. That kid is a big toolshed.

A tool who goes beyond the call of duty for tooldom. An ubertool. A person so dislikable that they compare to an entire shed full of tools. Usually used with some other reference to tooldom, often in pun form.

He's not a tool, he isn't even a toolbox, he's the entire fucking toolshed.

2. Any place where there is a high percentage of tools.
3. Any place (bar, nightclub,etc.) that comes highly recommended by a tool.

1.We went to that new club, but it turned out to be just another toolshed.
