A system is a group of people who live in one body due to childhood trauma. They may have DID, OSDD, or DDNOS. When the child was young, repeated, and/or severe trauma happened to them. The brain created alters to protect the child.
The host is what you would call the person who inhabits the body the most, they may be the one who experienced the childhood trauma.

Remember that DID was once called MPD, but it is considered very outdated to call DID MPD now. Alters are not personalities, they are actual people.
OSDD, DID and DDNOS systems are very valid.

DDNOS is a dissociative disorder caused by childhood trauma, like DID, and OSDD. It stands for dissociate disorder not otherwise specified. It is defined by having characteristics of one or more dissociative disorders but not fitting into one category.

(This is a definition from a DDNOS system)
DDNOS systems are valid just like DID and OSDD systems are!

Agenderfluid is a subcategory of both Agender and genderfluid. People who are agenderfluid are genderfluid but most of the time identify as agender. They still have days where they identify as male, female, nonbinary, ect. They may present differently even on days they identify as agender.
"Hey, are you genderfluid?"

"No, I actually identify as agenderfluid!"
