offcumden 

Someone who was not born in a place. Typically used in parts of Yorkshire to describe people who have moved into a village or small towns.

zed cred 

A motorcyclist who does not dress in the expected style. So an old dispatch riders coat, wellington boots and a pudding basin helmet is 'zed cred'
Full leathers only if actually an old flying suit.
Cord trousers - anything with jeans definitely NOT zed cred.

He might not be riding an MZ but a least he has retained 'zed cred' even on that Harley!!
