Commonly acting threatening, but in reality they are really harmless. They are the complete opposite of a biter.

A person who is usually very weak and vulnerable looking, but if need be, they kick ass and can make a show. They are the opposite of a barker.

He looks weak, but I'm pretty sure he's a biter.
