alturnitive to woo hoo. orginates from an episode of friends when ross's girlfriend is a student and shes going on spring break and chandler asks 'what? spring break or spring-break-woo-hooppee!?'(i think he was surrposed to say woo hoo, but accidently put a 'pee' at the end)
